Sheikh Sabah Al-khaled To Represent H H Amir At The 76th Session On Un General Assembly

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled will head to New York on Saturday, Sept 18 at the head the Kuwaiti delegation to attend the meetings of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly and deliver Kuwait’s speech.

At the UN Sheikh Khaled will represent HH the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The Prime Minister presided over the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers and briefed about the mechanism adopted to expedite the completion of development projects in coordination and cooperation with the relevant ministries and supervisory authorities.

In an exclusive statement to Al-Anba, sources said the council will adopt a completely new step to provide information related to each project “online” which will be available to ministers and senior officials to follow up the progress of the projects and remove obstacles if any.

Sources stressed the Council will set a timetable for each project and monitor its implementation.

Meanwhile, the daily has learned from reliable sources that some ministries are in the process of sending into retirement some senior officials to make way for new blood.
