Resumption Of Maritime Trade With Kuwait Within Days - Tehran

The Deputy Chairman of the Export Affairs Committee of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce announced the resumption of maritime trade with Kuwait within days after its suspension due to the outbreak of the Corona virus.
In a statement to “Ilna”, followed by Fares on Tuesday, Mustafa Mousavi said that a protocol was concluded between the border administrations of the two countries, according to which a permit was issued to export perishable goods, and within days the ships will begin entry procedures to Kuwait and export Iranian goods to it.
He pointed out that the process of normalizing trade relations with neighboring countries has already started, and that the encapsulated outlets will gradually open up to the flow of goods with the care of health protocols
