PAHW Prepares To Hand Over 113 New Buildings In Mutla'a
A total of 113 public buildings have been officially received by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare in Al-Mutla'a residential city. Construction has been completed in accordance with the highest standards. In conjunction with citizen housing initiatives and plot construction, these buildings are now ready to be handed over to pertinent government agencies.
With the help of the Ministry of Electricity and Water, PAHW delivered electricity to 102 buildings, 28 of which were already operational. The statement refuted circulating misinformation on social media and news platforms regarding the completion of public buildings in Al-Mutla’a by 2040, clarifying that such claims are inaccurate fragments of the truth. In accordance with meticulously planned schedules, the authority stressed its commitment to ongoing city development.
Citizens were assured there would be no shortage of essential service buildings in various residential suburbs, the corporation said. In response to population growth, it promised to expand public facilities, including schools, in keeping with its history of providing necessary amenities after citizens settle.
It affirmed its commitment to advancing projects in additional service, investment, educational, and health sectors. In Al-Mutla’a, there are 20 schools, 26 mosques, three health and specialized centers, a fire station, two municipal centers, and two buildings for post offices, police stations, municipalities, social units, citizen services, and central markets.
In recent proposals, 27 buildings, including health centers, ambulance services, central markets, police stations, citizen service centers, commercial stores, municipal buildings, social units, development centers, postal buildings, Ministry of Commerce structures, gas branches, and telephone exchanges, will be implemented. Upon completion of citizen plots, the corporation emphasized its commitment to housing welfare and prioritized the completion of public building contracts.
