The sources reported that these courses will be held according to the new e-learning mechanisms, pointing out that these courses will be implemented through electronic virtual halls in which new Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti teachers will be trained on the methods and mechanisms of distance education, and the technical aspects of electronic explanations without physical presence, in application. For his part, the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Saud Al-Harbi is keen to deal with the “technical guidance” file and work to approve it by the Civil Service Bureau and include it in the general organizational structure of the Ministry of Education.

Al-Harbi explained that he pays great attention to completing this file as soon as possible, believing in the educational role that technical guidance plays, announcing his address and sending a letter to the Civil Service Bureau for the third time to approve the structure of technical guidance, including the reasons and justifications, in preparation for presenting it to the Civil Service Council and obtaining Agree in this matter.
