Officials Discussed About The Status Of Commercial Flights At Kuwait Airport

The aviation department of Kuwaiti Government discussed its policy for starting Commercial Flights in & out of Kuwait. The meeting was held in supervision of the Chairperson/President of Directorate General of Civil Aviation Sheikh Salman Al-Hamoud. Various official of Different Department of Civil Aviation & Health Department got connected through Video Conferencing & discussed the Processes & Procedures before starting Commercial Flights at Kuwait International Airport.
The commercial flight in Kuwait came to hault after the outbreak of Pandemic in Gulf Region. These flights were supposed to get started from Aug 2020 in 3 different stages & would be fully operational from Aug 2021. The Govt of Kuwait, in assistance with the department of Directorate General of Civil Aviation & Health Department chalked out a plan to open the airport for commercial flights.
