New Vaccine Batch To Arrive In Kuwait Every Month

Ministry of Health (MoH) has officially launched the vaccination campaign against Covid-19. The batches of the vaccine expected to arrive in the country by the middle of each month. However, the quantity may vary as per the production rate, reports AlQabas daily quoting Health sources.

The Minister of Health, Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah praised the demand for vaccination, stressing that at the end of this week or the beginning of next week, other groups would also be vaccinated.

Al-Sabah also said that the number of those registered at the vaccination site had exceeded 125,000. He hopes to vaccinate all the citizens, expatriates, and illegal residents within a year.

He revealed that the two vaccination sites in the Ahmadi and Jahra governorates, will be completed upon the arrival of the second batch of vaccines by February.
