Mp Ahmed Al-fadel Has Submitted Queries On Referral Of Firms To Capital Markets Prosecution

MP Ahmed Al-Fadel has submitted queries to Minister of Commerce and Industry and acting State Minister for Youth Affairs Khalid Al-Rowdan on the referral of some companies to the Capital Markets Prosecution under Article 122. He wants to know the total number of companies referred to the prosecution since the promulgation of Capital Markets Law Number 7/2010 and its amendments till date, reasons for referral and names of these companies.

He requested for copies of final court verdicts in this regard, including the number of guilty and not guilty rulings as well as the pending cases. He also inquired about the number of those referred for administrative investigation in 2015, 2016 and 2017, number of those referred to the Disciplinary Board and those sanctioned by the board.
