Moi Announces Procedures On Granting Amnesty For Residence Violators From April 1 St
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anas Al-Saleh issued a decision to allow residency violators to leave the country without paying any financial fines.
This decision comes in light of the exceptional circumstances the country is going through and the measures taken by the ministry to combat the spread of the new Corona virus.
As per the decision, residency violators can leave the country without paying fine. There is also a possibility that they can return back with legal documents later.
Authorities prepared separate centers to accommodate the residency violators after completing their procedures until the date of their travel.
The administration informed that the Ministry of the Interior has designated places to receive violators of the Residence Law to register in the Farwaniya area in preparation for allowing them to leave from April 1 to April 30th.
Reception of male violators: Farwaniya Governorate - Al-Muthanna Primary School - Boys, Block 1, Street 122.
Reception of female violators: Farwaniya Governorate - Farwaniya Primary School - Girls, Block 1, Street 76.
The reception of violators will begins from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, seven days a week.
The dates for various nationalities are also given as below:
Philippine : April 1st to April 5th
Egyptian : April 6th to April 10th
Indian : April 11th to April 15th
Bangladeshi : April 16th to April 20th
Sri Lankan : April 21st to April 25th
Other nationalities: April 26th to April 30
