Moci Suspends The Licenses Of 14 Violating Real Estate Firms And Other Companies
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) suspended the license of 14 real estate firms and other companies that did not comply with the laws regarding the relevant procedures. These firms committed commercial and legal violations by the provisions of Law No. (106/2013), Al-Rai reported.
Al-Tijaria said in a press release today, Tuesday, that the suspension of the license of these companies came according to a drawn-up plan law and regulations
He stated that the companies in violation worked in the trade of gold, precious stones, and precious metals In addition to exchange companies, real estate, and real estate offices.
He added that MOCI has lifted the suspension of 4 companies, two of which were for jewelry and two for exchange, after removing they rectify their violation.
