Ministry Of Interior Identifies 90 Expired Residency Violators Under Ministry Of Education Sponsorship

In a recent development, the Ministry of Interior has identified 90 workers with expired residency permits under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Education. These individuals, of various nationalities and including both men and women, were found to be in violation of residency laws. Among them, one person has been in violation for 30 years, and another for 22 years.
According to the Ministry of Interior, 77 of these individuals have violated residency laws, while 13 have violated entry visa regulations, all under the Ministry of Education's sponsorship.
The nationalities of the violators are as follows: Egyptian: 49 violators, Syrian: 12 violators, Jordanian: 6 violators, Tunisian: 3 violators, Indian: 3 violators, Bangladeshi: 3 violators, Somali: 2 violators, Eritrean: 2 violators, Turkish: 1 violator, Filipino: 1 violator, Iraqi: 1 violator, Sri Lankan: 1 violator, Afghan: 1 violator, Japanese: 1 violator, Iranian: 1 violator, Canadian: 1 violator, Norwegian: 1 violator, and Beninese: 1 violator.
Notably, 12 of the 13 visit visa violators have been in violation for periods ranging from 16 to 25 years. This report highlights the urgent need for stricter enforcement of residency and visa regulations.
