Military Clothing And Accessories Are Banned By The Commerce Ministry

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has confirmed the prohibition on importing, exporting, displaying, selling, and marketing ready-made clothes resembling military uniforms of any kind worn within the State of Kuwait.
 
According to a local Arabic daily, the Ministry of Commerce clarified in an awareness tweet as part of its 'Participate in Monitoring' campaign that it is also prohibited to deal in similar accessories, such as military ranks, decorations, epaulets, hats, badges, and distinctive signs of military forces. According to the reports, it is illegal for stores to create and sell these outfits and commodities without a documented permission from the relevant authorities.
