Kuwaiti And Turkish Leaders Discuss Regional Developments

The Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah held talks with visiting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on latest developments in the region, as well as issues of common interest.

The talks, held at Dar Salwa, were conducted in an amicable atmosphere which reflected the "spirit of understanding and friendship" between the two countries, according to KUNA.

The talks were attended by Prime Minister Shaikh Jaber Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah and First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Shaikh Sabah Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah.

The Kuwaiti leader earlier received Erdogan before the official talks at Dar Salwa and the audience was attended by parliament speaker Marzouq Al Ghanim, the prime minister, Minister of Amiri Diwan Shaikh Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah and other officials.
