Kuwaiti And Gulf National Cleared Of Prostitution Allegations
The Criminal Court has acquitted a citizen and a female Gulf national of operating a prostitution den in Bar Rahiya, reports Al- Seyassah daily. Case files indicate that the duo established a camping site in Bar Rahiya where young women in their 20s are lured into engaging in prostitution under the guise of holding ‘weekend parties’. Lawyer for the accused, Attorney Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan, pointed out in court that the investigations focused on the statements of the owner, stressing that such statements could be nothing but lies until the judge verifies them by analyzing the pieces of evidence and arguments presented by both parties. He urged the court to acquit his clients due to the absence of incriminating evidence.
