Kuwait University: Applications For Enrollment Are Electronically From 3 To 22 October
The Deanship of Admission and Registration at Kuwait University announced today, Wednesday, that submitting applications for admission to the academic year 2020/2021 will begin electronically for Kuwaiti students, children of Kuwaiti women, citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and students residing illegally, as of next October 3.
The Dean of Admission and Registration at Kuwait University, Dr. Ali Al-Mutairi, said in a press conference that the application process will continue until October 22nd for students who meet the admission requirements from graduates of the Unified System, Religious Institute, American High School, and English school graduates who are expected to graduate from it.
Al-Mutairi added that Kuwaiti students and children of Kuwaiti women who obtained a high school diploma from outside Kuwait, and the rest of the non-Kuwaiti students who are allowed to apply, must submit applications for admission to the admission hall and register in Shuwaikh on the dates specified in accordance with the announced time plan, with the need to adhere to health requirements.
He stated that “there is no change in the minimum rates for admission to Kuwait University for the academic year 2021/2020,” explaining that the admission rate for the scientific department is 70 percent and 78 percent for the literary section.
He added that students who will be admitted to the external or internal missions must specify their desire to continue in the scholarship or join the Kuwait University, as they are required to withdraw from the scholarship before the end of the period of submitting the application to join the university.
Al-Mutairi explained that the application process will be submitted through the Kuwait University website through the electronic admission system.
