Kuwait Reports Four Covid-19 Deaths, 1,709 New Cases

At least 1,709 people have been infected with the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours, taking overall infections to 323,357, Spokesman for the Ministry of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said Thursday.

The number of those recovered from the virus pandemic in the same period hit 1,256, increasing total recoveries to 302,393, he told KUNA.

The death toll from the disease rose to 1,810 after registering 4 mortalities in the corresponding period, Al-Sanad noted.

He pointed out that 15,315 patients are being treated at hospitals, in addition to 160 cases at intensive care units.
