Kuwait Dive Team Recovered On Monday A Carcass Of A Dead Whale In Qaruh Island
Dive team of the kuwait recovered a carcass of a dead whale in collaboration with several government bodies in Qaruh Island and moved it to the shore for examination. Director of marine and environmental sciences department at Kuwait Science Club Mohammed Al-Rashid stated that the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources Affairs used a large carrier to transport the whale to maintain its shape and protect the surrounding environment from pollution.
He thanked the public authority for, Ministry of Interior and KOC for their cooperation. The carcass of the dead whale was spotted by a fisherman in north Qaruh Island.
