Kuwait Amir Congratulated On New Post By Tatarstan President

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was congratulated on his assumption of power in a cable from Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on Wednesday.

The president also wished His Highness the Amir success in his new role. His Highness the Amir, in response, expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the warm sentiments.
