Kuwait – India Agrees To Evacuate 1,000 Indians Per Day Back To India

The Indian Government is about to start flights to bring back Indian expats who are willing to come back to India from Kuwait. Regarding this Indian authority had a discussion with the Kuwait counterpart to start flights from 10th of August to the 24th of October, which will bring back the Indian expats residing in Kuwait.

The sources have revealed that Directorate General of Civil Aviation also gave his interest in favour of this proposal and agreed to start flights between the two nations, and permitted only departures from Kuwait to India with 1,000 passengers per day of Indian nationality living in Kuwait with the seat shares of domestic airlines and Indian airlines will be 500 passengers each.

According to the sources from Indian point of view this proposal includes only departure not arrivals, and also confirmed that the decision for preventing expats from 31 banned countries into Kuwait is still in effect.
