Ku Ranks First Locally In Scientific Research

According to the AD Scientific Index 2023 global classification, Kuwait University (KU) ranks first among Kuwaiti universities for scientific research, with advanced results throughout Asia and the world. “AD Scientific Index” is a system for ranking universities in the scientific research field, with a different methodology based on the data of the Scientific Researcher “Google Scholar platform” for Faculty Members, and the number of citations for the researcher’s publications and the results of The last five years in approved research indicators.

Results showed progress in the ranking of Kuwait University locally from a total of 14 universities and research institutions, during the previous five years, compared to the current year 2023. From a total of 10,119 universities and research institutions in the Asian region, Kuwait University advanced globally as well
