Knpc Temporarily Halts Petroleum Coal Export

The National Petroleum Company announced the temporary suspension of petroleum coal export operations due to a fire that broke out in the Shuaiba Industrial Area.

The company said that “a limited fire that broke out at dawn today was brought under control,” noting that “the accident did not result in any injuries, and coal export operations were temporarily suspended until the site’s safety was secured,” reports Al-Rai daily.
