Kfsd Announced Its Plan To Secure Husseiniyas

Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) announced Friday the launch of its plan to secure Husseiniyas during the month of Muharram. All preparations have been taken to ensure the safety of Husseiniyas either by precautionary measures or rapid intervention, said (KFSD) Director of Public Relations and Media Lieut-Colonel, Khalil Al-Amir. These measures included two work plans.

The first plan was taken by the directorate to make sure all Husseiniyas have followed security and safety requirements. The second plan includes checkpoints placed near Husseiniyas to deal with any urgent situation that might happen until the arrival of supporting teams, he added. He stressed that citizens and residents must cooperate with the fire brigades and follow their instructions. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Husseiniyas’ organizers for their constructive and fruitful cooperation with inspection teams especially with the existence of large number of people.
