Jaber Al-ahmad Offers Investment Opportunities
The Public Authority for Housing Welfare emphasized the importance of completing the boundaries of the J2 investment opportunity project in the service axis of Jaber Al-residential Ahmad's city as soon as possible.
According to the Authority, the J2 investment opportunity, which is a commercial centre consisting of office and commercial spaces in the service axis in Jaber Al-Ahmad Residential City, consists of two plots of land that have been combined into one plot with an area of 148 thousand square metres under the partnership contract between the PAHW and one of the general contracting companies for buildings, for the design, construction, financing, operation, maintenance, and transfer of the J2 investment opportunity, which is a commercial centre consist of two plots of land that have been combined into one plot with an area of 148 thousand square meters, reports a local Arabic daily.

The PAHW further stated that the new organizational chart has been handed over to the municipality , and that the firm will perform all procedures for removing and transferring current services within the project boundaries and at its expense, with the site to be given over in its whole.Â
