Is Technician Qualified For Driving Licence

My husband is a technician and the same is mentioned in his Iqama. His salary is 275. Is he eligible for applying for a driving licence?

Answer: No, you husband can’t apply for a driving licence because his salary of KD 275 a month, is far below the KD 600 minimum required to apply for a driving licence. In addition his profession is not one of those that qualify to apply for exemption if they don’t meet some of the requirements stipulated in the Traffic Law.
