Indian Airline Akasa Air Acquires Rights To Fly To Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, And Qatar

New domestic carrier Akasa Air has reportedly been given flying rights to three international destinations - Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Dubai, the most popular international destination for Indians, would have to wait until all bilateral agreements for Dubai have expired before the airline could begin flying there.

One-year-old Akasa Air announced earlier this month that it was targeting a December launch to key Middle East hubs after receiving approval from the Indian government to fly internationally.
