In Sabhan, Firefighters Recover A Corpse From A Manhole

In the Sabhan area, the Search and Rescue Center managed to retrieve a worker who fell into a sewage manhole Friday evening, according to the General Fire Service Directorate's Public Relations and Media Department.

Two workers fell into a manhole sewage system at the entrance to Sabhan area off the Sixth Ring Road while cleaning it in preparation for the rainy season, according to a report received by the Central Operations Department. As firefighting teams rushed to the area, one worker was found unconscious outside the manhole; the corpse of another worker in the manhole was removed and taken to the forensics department.
