Heavy Rains Expected In Kuwait

Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, head of Kuwait's Meteorological Department, predicts moderate to substantial rainfall in Kuwait's residential areas in the evening, which will gradually decrease to lighter showers by midnight. According to Al-Qarawi, rain is expected to continue until Thursday morning, as a surface depression extension coincides with an upper atmospheric depression.
