In an official correspondence obtained by Al-Anbaa newspaper, Dhia Al-Qabandi, the Undersecretary of the Civil Service Commission, and Abeer Al-Faris, the Assistant Undersecretary for Information Systems, shed light on critical measures to uphold confidentiality within the Civil Service Bureau.

The letter, titled "Electronic Correspondence and Integrated Systems Powers for Civil Service Bureau Affairs," underscores the paramount importance of safeguarding financial and administrative data concerning bureau employees. Emphasizing the need for stringent measures, they advocate for restricting access to sensitive information across the board.

Specifically, the letter delineates that access to functional and financial data should be granted solely to personnel whose roles necessitate such access. This includes units responsible for Administrative Affairs, Financial Affairs, and Employment Oversight within the bureau. Moreover, it stipulates that authorization for access should be determined by departmental directors, subject to scrutiny by higher authorities.

Furthermore, any requests for additional powers must undergo rigorous evaluation to ascertain their necessity. Al-Qabandi and Al-Faris assert that such measures are indispensable for maintaining the integrity and security of the bureau's operations.
