Foreign Travelers Can Return To The Philippines After A Two-year Ban

An omicron-fueled surge in tourism and related industries has eased as the Philippines lifted a nearly two-year ban on foreign visitors. The Philippines will no longer require foreign travelers who have been fully vaccinated and tested negative for the covid to quarantine when they arrive from the 157 countries with visa-free arrangements with the Philippines. In addition, a government system that restricted travel from countries with the worst damage has been abolished.
