Fifth Ring Road Leaking Pipe Repairs Underway
As confirmed by the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, the damaged water pipe on the Fifth Ring Road is currently being repaired in order to prevent further leaks. Al-Jarida Daily reported that this effort is being coordinated closely with the General Traffic Department.
It is further clarified by the ministry that the recent explosion of the pipe had no impact on the water network or the water pressure in nearby residential areas. Concerning the incident, the ministry explained that water pipe explosions are common during the winter season due to weaknesses in certain areas.
The ministry's emergency response teams, however, are extensively trained to handle such incidents as quickly as possible. It is of utmost importance to the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy to ensure the safety and uninterrupted supply of water to residents.
By repairing the broken pipe promptly, the ministry hopes to avoid any inconvenience caused by water leaks. Moreover, the ministry assures the public that the incident will not have a substantial impact on the water pressure in nearby residential areas.
