Traffic and Operations Sector, under the General Traffic Department, swiftly acted after a video clip depicting gatherings and reckless behavior in Fahaheel, posing a threat to both individuals and the public. The authorities promptly compiled vehicle data, leading to the impounding of the implicated vehicles and the initiation of legal proceedings against their drivers in traffic court. The impounded vehicles were securely stored in a garage.
Traffic authorities emphasize the importance of adhering to traffic laws and regulations. In cases where violations are observed, individuals are urged to report them by calling the emergency phone (112) or sending details via WhatsApp to the traffic number (99324092). Maintaining the safety of all road users requires this proactive approach.
