Expat Workers Over 60 Years Of Age - Pam Reviews Article 37 Provisions

In a statement issued by Aseel Al-Mazyad, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department of the Public Authority for Manpower, the authority's board of directors has reviewed the provisions of Article (37) regarding expatriate workers over 60 years of age, who have a general secondary school diploma or less, as well as equivalent certificates.

A resolution of the Authority (294) of 2023 amends certain provisions of the administrative resolution No. (294) of 2023 regarding the grant of work permits, based on the administrative resolution No. (294) of 2023, which was issued in the implementation of decisions made by the Authority Board of Directors in the year 2023 (217) and (224).
