Expat Workers Are Provided With Health Awareness Programs By Knpc

Kuwait National Petroleum Company organized a health awareness campaign in Fahaheel Industrial Area for its expatriate workers. KNPC CEO Wadha Al-Khatib and Dr Ahmad Al-Shatti, director of the medical emergency department at the health ministry, attended the campaign under the banner "Let's collaborate to make one another healthier".

The event also provided workers with free medical examinations and treatment under the supervision of specialists and consultants, as well as education about healthy habits and disease prevention.

"The company is always eager to carry out its social responsibility, particularly in the health aspect, by organizing medical awareness activities and campaigns, including this campaign targeted at the workers of the Fahaheel and Ahmadi industrial areas, which are located nearby the refineries of the company," Al-Khateeb said.

Kuwait Central Blood Bank also joined the event and arranged a facility for visitors to donate blood.
