Enrollment Of Kuwaiti Students At Lebanese University And Oman's Technology University Halted
Dr. Adel Al-Manea, Minister of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, has issued a ministerial decision halting Kuwaiti enrollment in literature colleges at the Lebanese University.
Al-Jarida obtained the recent decision that excludes students already enrolled and continuing their studies before the decision was issued, as well as those accepted for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024 at the latest. The Sultanate of Oman also decided to cease registration and enrollment of Kuwaiti students at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences.
The decision, as reported by Al-Jarida, similarly exempts students who have already enrolled and are continuing their studies, as well as those who are accepted for the second semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
