Eid Holiday Drives Up Chalet Rents

During the ninth day of Eid Al Fitr holidays announced by the Kuwaiti government, the rent for private chalets shot to new highs. Kuwaiti chalets can cost up to 1,500 KD for a week or 900 KD for three days during the Eid holidays, according to reports.

The demand for chalet accommodation also increased dramatically during the Eid holiday, despite many residents and citizens preferring to travel outside the country.

The price of a rental chalet depends on the location, the proximity to the beach, and whether the pool is private.
