Education Crisis Is Worsened By An Increase In Vacancies
Since schools continue to face several issues and challenges that have gathered over the years, the preparation crisis has reemerged with the school year 2022/2023, which is scheduled to begin on September 11.

According to educational sources who spoke to a local Arabic daily, the ministry's crisis and the state of schools are made worse by the supervisory vacancies that have accumulated over the years. They noted that accepting the resignation of two assistant undersecretaries adds to the three director-general positions that have been vacant for seven years and other senior staff positions like heads of departments, school principals, and their assistants.
