Drones Spotted Flying Over Vital Locations In Kuwait

Two drones were spotted as they were flying over vital locations in Kuwait.

The Ministry of Interior sent police patrols to the area where the drones were seen flying at medium level.

The drones which were reported by eyewitnesses had left the area and headed to an unknown area.

On September 29, three Kuwaiti nationals were arrested and referred to the state security authorities after they were caught flying a drone without legal authorisation over the area of Burqan.

Two Philippine expatriates were previously arrested and referred for investigation after they were caught flying a drone over vital areas in Al Zoor.

The Ministry of Interior has already set up special teams to clamp down on those flying drones without authorisation as they pose a threat to state security.
