Digital Transformation Reduced ‘crowding’ At Bank By 80 Percent

In the language of numbers, the Kuwait Credit Bank revealed the great transformation that the bank has reached after the successful implementation of its Digital Transformation plan in all its branches in the country.

The bank said in a press statement yesterday the percentage visitors, after the application of the mechanization system, decreased by more than 80%. In the past, Al-Rai quoting sources said about 600,000 clients visited the bank and its branches annually, while the bank now receives about only 100,000 a year.

The bank stated it began implementing its digital plan 10 years ago with the help of its young national cadres, to conduct transactions electronically without the trouble of going to the bank personally, and said the bank is one of the leading government institutions to complete transactions electronically, especially during the pandemic period when the circumstances necessitated social distancing.

The bank clarified that the digital transformation not only reduced the number of visitors, but also contributed protecting public money and reducing the documentary cycle in the bank’s transactions, in addition to reducing the error rate significantly and ensuring the integrity of all required documents forgery proof.
