Companies Can Renew Employees Residence Without Submitting Salary Certificate - Public Authority For Manpower
The Public Authority for Manpower stated that it is permissible to renew the work permit for the employees registered in the files of employers/company without presenting salary certificate.
The general manager of the authority, Ahmad Al-Mousa, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that this comes on the instructions of Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Maryam Al-Aqel to facilitate the employers to complete the transactions related to renewing work permits.
Al-Mousa added that it was decided to submit requests to renew the work permit of employees registered in the company files without requiring to present salary certificate.
He thanked Minister Al-Aqel for her tireless work, her continuous endeavor, and her constant eagerness to work to mitigate the effects of the spread of the Corona virus pandemic on the labor market.
