Circular On Diplomatic Communication Protocol Issued By Moe
A circular has been issued by the Ministry of Education regarding protocol for communicating with accredited diplomatic missions. The Acting Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Osama Al-Sultan, emphasized that all such communications must be conducted through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the circular, which was obtained by Al-Anba, one should not address accredited diplomatic missions in Kuwait and refrain from responding directly to communications received from these missions, unless the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is informed of this, provided that correspondence with the Ministry is limited to the Ministry.
It is imperative that all relevant parties be informed of this new protocol and act accordingly, according to Al-Sultan. This circular is intended to streamline communication protocols between the Kuwaiti government and accredited diplomatic missions. All communication will be routed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to create a more efficient and secure communication channel.
