Cabinet Assigns Ministers To Take Charge Of Authorities, Development Projects
The cabinet's weekly meeting on Sunday has assigned several ministers to take charge of several authorities and development projects in Kuwait.
After the meeting headed by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh said that First
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah was assigned as head supervisor of Al-Hariri City and Bubyan Island development projects.
Minister of Finance Nayef Al-Hajraf was assigned to supervise over Kuwait Airways while the Minister of State for Services Affairs Jinan Ramadan was designated to run the affairs of the Directorate
General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) and Kuwait international airports.
The decisions were relayed to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah for approval.
The cabinet members were briefed on the recent developments within the Arab and international spheres.
The cabinet congratulated Bahraini King Hamad bin Issa Al-Khalifa on the advent of his country's national day and wished the Bahraini people and leadership evermore progress and development.
The cabinet also congratulated Qatari Amir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on the advent of his country's national day, wishing the Qatari people and leadership evermore progress and development.
The cabinet also expressed eagerness to bolster relations with the two fellow GCC countries.
