Brawl Goes To Cops – ‘will Never Return
A case of assault and breaking into her home has been filed by an unidentified young Kuwaiti woman at the Hawalli Police Station, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to the security sources the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report that someone had broken the main door of the house of the complainant and that one of the men was carrying a knife and was threatening to kill her.
When police rushed to the spot, they saw four people in front of the door with lot of commotion. When the police demanded to see their IDs, they said they don’t carry any IDs and it became clear that they are bedoun – three men and one woman. Police later learned that one of them is the husband of the complainant (the Kuwaiti woman) on whom the husband had filed an absconding report, another was his brother, relative and mother.
When they were taken to the police station for interrogation, the wife was assaulted again in front of the police station because she allegedly spat on the husband and swore never to return to him again. The investigations are continuing.
