Banks To Operate Until 2 Pm

With curfew to be implemented from Sunday onwards for a period of one month, Kuwait Banks Association will issue a circular to specify working hours of local banks starting from Sunday. The working hours of banks will be until 2 o’clock in the afternoon, reports Al Anba. Banks will not operate during evening hours which are located in industrial and commercial areas of Kuwait.

The source stated that banks will abide by the Cabinet’s decision to limit the number of employees in the workplace not exceeding 50% of the total number of employees within each organizational unit in the same building.
