Asian Boxing Championship Reached Final Round

The Asian Boxing Championship is expected to end on Thursday, Aug 8 with the holding of 14 final matches for all weight categories from 33 kilograms to over 70 kilograms.

There are indications that Uzbekistan has the best chance of winning the largest number of gold medals, as all participating boxers from the team have reached the final rounds in all 14 weight categories. Second in line in terms of chances of winning gold medals is Kazakhstan, though it lost hope of winning four gold medals. India comes third in terms of chances of winning gold medals, as eight Indian boxers have reached the final rounds. Fourth in line is Kyrgyzstan as five Kyrgyz boxers have reached the finals.

The winners and the delegations will be honored by head and members of Kuwait Boxing Association during the closing ceremony, which will be held on Thursday after the final matches.
