Around 1600 Fishing Permits Issued Within 20 Days

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director General of the Environment Public Authority, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ahmad, revealed that 70 to 90 fishing permits are issued per day for fishing in Kuwait Bay. He also pointed out that the fishing process is proceeding seamlessly through the issuance of permits through the website of the authority, Al-Rai reported.

Depending upon the weather and the fishing time 70 to 90 permits are issued per day.

Environment Public Authority announced the launch of the electronic platform for booking hunting appointments in Kuwait Bay for amateurs on April 13 (20 days ago) with several conditions specified.  The total number of permits obtained by amateur hobbyists during this period reached about 1600 permits.
