Allocating 3 Sites For Vaccination Against Coronavirus
from informed sources Al-Anbaa reported that there is a tendency to allocate 3 sites to vaccinate citizens and residents against the Corona virus, as the vaccine is expected to arrive soon in the country.
The same sources confirmed that the plan to allocate 3 sites consisted in allocating two sites in the Ahmadi and Al-Jahra governorates to serve the residents of those areas, in addition to the residents of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, as well as a third main site in Mishrif “exhibition land” to serve the governorates of Hawalli, Al-Asimah and Al-Farawaniyah.
The sources pointed out that the vaccination will be “free” and “optional”, as it will be via electronic reservation to ensure that there is no crowding.
The sources indicated that priority will be given to the elderly, people with chronic diseases and groups most vulnerable to infection, such as health care providers, front-row workers and basic service providers, noting that the vaccination will be in two doses, between 21 days.
The sources indicated that the Public Authority for Civil Information is currently counting and compiling data for people according to age groups from 18 to 55 years and from 56 years and over in all governorates of the country, and it will provide it to the committee to prepare and implement the appropriate mechanism for vaccination formed by the Council of Ministers to organize the vaccination process according to the appropriate vision.
