Saleh Al-fadaghi : Submitting A Proposal To Moh To Quarantine Expatriates Coming Inside Kuwait Instead Of Other Countries
Arabic local newspaper Alanba reported that Deputy Director General of Kuwait International Airport Affairs, Director of the Engineering Department, and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Commercial Restarting at Kuwait Airport, Eng. Saleh Al-Fadaghi, said that based on the instructions of the health authorities, the circular issued previously to all airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport banning commercial flights to the countries 34 The banned is still in effect, namely: India, Iran, China, Brazil, Colombia, Armenia, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Syria, Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Iraq, Mexico, Indonesia, Chile, Pakistan, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Italy, North Macedonia, Moldova, Panama, Peru, confirmed, Serbia, Montenegro, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Dominican Republic. Of the 34 countries prohibited to stay in any country other than the prohibited countries for 14 days, and then attend the PCR certificate before coming to Kuwait, pointing out that there is a proposal that has been submitted to The Ministry of Health quarantines expatriates coming inside Kuwait instead of other countries, and the Ministry of Health studies this proposal for approval or not.
In a special statement to Al-Anbaa, M. Al-Fadaghi added that the aim of preventing the reception of any traveler from these countries is many readings by the Ministry of Health, including recommendations and statistics of the World Health Organization, the severity of the virus spread in addition to the high number of cases in these countries, indicating that it has been done. Allowing one person to enter the airport and receive his family returning from abroad.
