20 Year Old Kuwaiti Dead In Buggy Crash

A Kuwaiti citizen in his mid-20s died in a buggy crash at a chalet in Jelaia area, says Al-Seyassah. A team of rescue men arriving at the scene after the incident deposited the body to forensics. A security source said the victim was already dead by the time they arrived at the scene. A case was registered.
