10 Infrastructure Projects Nearing Completion In Three Growing Cities
The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing infrastructure development across three burgeoning housing cities: Al-Mutlaa, South Khaitan, and Jaber Al-Ahmad. In a recent statement, the authority provided updates on several ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the livability and functionality of these urban areas.
In Al-Mutlaa city, progress is underway on various fronts. Initiatives include the installation of road lighting in suburbs 6, 7, and 8, with similar efforts planned for suburbs 9, 10, and 11. Additionally, work is ongoing to extend underground cables to power key substations and to construct essential public buildings and infrastructure in designated suburban centers.
Meanwhile, in South Khaitan, preparations are in motion for the establishment of a health center, with completion expected by March 2026. In Jaber Al-Ahmad city, plans are being finalized for the installation of main stations and secondary infrastructure to bolster the city's service axis.
The authority also announced the acquisition of eight public buildings in Al-Mutlaa city, marking significant progress in enhancing community amenities. Furthermore, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, primary schools and mosques have been delivered in designated areas, underscoring the commitment to holistic urban development.
With these ongoing efforts, the Public Authority for Housing Welfare remains dedicated to realizing its vision of vibrant, sustainable urban communities that cater to the evolving needs of residents.
