Police Have Arrested A 4 Man Gang For Robbing Taxi Drivers At Knifepoint

Police have arrested a four-man gang 2 Syrians, and 2 bedoun for robbing taxi drivers at knife-point. A police source said the arrest came when the suspects attacked a Asian taxi driver and the latter succeeded in resisting them and screamed for help. The suspect ran for their life and he managed to catch one of them and called the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. Police rushed to the spot, seized the men and the latter guided securitymen to his three accomplices. During interrogation the men admitted to robbing 20 people although nine cases had been registered at police stations.
