Amnesty Covers Turkey Based Kuwaitis To Return Home From Monday

A letter sent by the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Counselor Wael Al-Asousi to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information says those covered by the Amiri Amnesty Decree No. 202 of 2021 those who are living in Turkey (in self exile) will begin their return to the country from next Monday, after the publication of the decree in the Official Gazette next Sunday, Nov 14.

The Al-Rai has learned those covered by the decree are Musallam Al-Barrak, Mubarak Al-Wala’an, Salem Al-Namlan, Faisal Al-Muslim, Khaled Al-Tahous, Jamaan Al-Harbash, Mishaal Al-Dhaidi, Abdul-Aziz Jarallah, Abdul-Aziz Al-Munais, Nasser Al-Mutairi and Muhammad Al-Blihais.

The month-long deadline for benefiting from the amnesty begins after the scheduled publication of decree on Nov 14, in the official gazette.
